We received a call from first time home-buyers looking to upgrade a bathroom. The goal was to convert the outdated bathroom to something very clean and modern without being perceived as dated should the owners decide to sell several years down the road.

We went to work remodeling and re-plumbing the shower first. We also were asked to modify the freestanding tub conversion with a floor mount faucet. The gorgeous LAV to pedestal sink conversion needed a bit of customization, but the aesthetics proved it was worth it!
